Hardball Rules Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

Hardball Rules is operated by Wadsworth AI LLC ("we", "us"). It is a baseball rules and official-scoring trivia game played as a real nine-inning game. This policy explains what we collect when you play, why, and the choices you have. It covers the Hardball Rules apps for iPhone and Android and the web version at play.hardballrules.com.

What we collect

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and purchases

The iPhone and Android apps show ads served by Google AdMob. The web version shows no ads. To choose and measure ads, Google may collect information from your device, such as its advertising identifier, IP address and general location, as described in how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Where the law requires it (for example, in the EU and UK), the app asks for your consent first.

You can remove all ads with a one-time Remove Ads purchase. The purchase is handled by the App Store or Google Play (we never see your payment details), and we record it on your account so ads stay off on every device you sign in to.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). When you do:

Children

Hardball Rules is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Connections to our servers are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are hashed, and signing out of every device happens automatically when you reset your password or delete your account.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app for significant changes.
